1. Use of LynkTrade: a. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use LynkTrade. b. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of LynkTrade. c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. LynkTrade Services: a. LynkTrade is a platform that connects tradespeople and customers. We do not provide services directly but facilitate the interaction between tradespeople and customers. b. Tradespeople are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the services provided by tradespeople. c. Customers are responsible for conducting due diligence when selecting tradespeople and entering into agreements for services. d. Any agreements or arrangements between tradespeople and customers are solely between those parties. LynkTrade is not a party to these agreements and disclaims any liability arising from them.

3. User Conduct: a. You agree to use LynkTrade in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. b. You will not use LynkTrade for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. c. You will not engage in any activity that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functioning of LynkTrade or other users' experience. d. You will not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the security features of LynkTrade or access areas or data that you are not authorized to access.

4. Intellectual Property: a. The LynkTrade platform, including its content, trademarks, logos, and design elements, are protected by intellectual property rights. b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of LynkTrade without our explicit consent.

5. Privacy: a. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using LynkTrade, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Liability: a. LynkTrade is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. b. We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of tradespeople or customers. c. In no event shall LynkTrade be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

7. Modifications: a. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the platform or other means. b. Your continued use of LynkTrade after the changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
